Terms and Conditions

In our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction, customers are entitled to return products within three (3) days from the date of receipt, or exchange them within seven (7) days, in accordance with the following conditions:

1. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged.

2. The original packaging and seals must be completely intact, without any signs of tampering or damage.

3. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

4. If the order error is from the store’s side, or if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, the store will cover all return and exchange costs.
